Nakamichi ZX-9 Three Head Cassette Deck.

One of Nakamichi's most legendary tape decks, an upgrade of the ZX-7.

There is plenty of information on the web about this deck including quite a lot of comments in forums such as, "If you find one buy it!"

There is a scratch on the cassette draw clearly visible in the pictures.
